1. Download & Install https://onionshare.org
2. Press Connect with TOR Button
3. Drag & Drop all Files you want to upload in the field
4. Wait some time
5. You'll get an .onion url aswell as an private key.
6. Provide User's with the link and the Provate key aswell as the download link for the tor browser.

Note, after you shared the File, you can stop file sharing at any time within OnionShare Application. This is useful if you for example want only 1 person to download it or if your link and private key got exposed to Users who shouldn't be able to download it.

Only limitation is your network speed, no file upload limit whatsoever!
