Is it possible to gain passwords or cookies from someones IP? I was wondering this a while ago and im hoping someone with knowledge in this can respond. Thanks.

No, you cannot gain passwords, cookies, or other sensitive information from someone's IP address alone. An IP address simply identifies a device on a network, whether it's local or the broader internet.
