Mail Brute - Mail Help

I recently paid 300 for a Fortnite account, a week later the guy took the account back saying it was an email error. Now I know it isn't as I had seen that a Russian IP was still logged onto the email itself. I know I should have gotten a full access account but I purchased it from what was assumed as a safe store. He just made sure to take it back after my "warranty " was up with the site. I have the email and the previous email password attached to it. I also have his telegram information, His full first and last name, and the location to where he lives. I just can't seem to get into the email as it also requires his phone number to change the password.

Is anyone here able to get the account back for me? At least just the email. I will pay! I just don't want to continue being without the account as I also invested money into it as well.
