1 : To start with , when you ordered your food and received it , wait at least 1 hour ( DO NOT WAIT OVER 3 HOURS OR IT WILL NOT WORK ) .

2 : Then go on the Uber Eats app .

3 : Open your recents orders .

4 : Click on Get Help .

5 : Click on Issue with a delivered or past order .

6 : Scroll down the list of issues until you find My order never arrived (Should be at the very bottom)

7 : Click on Next .

8 : Now you will need to explain the situation , my personal line that i use everytime is :

even went to the neighbours house and nobody received anything...still waiting.

( DONT ALWAYS USE THIS LINE , BE CREATIVE AND REALISTIC )

Uber eats should respond to you in less than an hour with a bot message saying that they are sorry and will send you a full refund to your paypal or main payment.

This methode ALWAYS works but if you try this methode too many time , you wont be able to refund again and will need to wait months before you are able to ask for refunds.
